By accessing and using Drive This ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Drive This provides:
- Event discovery platform for car enthusiasts
- Digital car garage and car card creation tools
- Community features (profiles, connections, event attendance)
Drive This is free to use for end users. Commercial arrangements (such as featured event placements) are made exclusively with event organizers under separate agreements.
3.1 Registration
- You must provide accurate information
- You must be at least 16 years old
- One account per person
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining password security
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access: support@drive-this.com
3.3 Account Termination
- You may delete your account anytime
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
4.1 Your Content
- By posting, you grant us license to display your content on the Service
4.2 Prohibited Content
- No illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- No spam or misleading information
- No copyright infringement
4.3 Content Removal
- We may remove content that violates these terms
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Impersonate others
- Harass or bully other users
- Scrape or data mine the Service
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Use bots or automated tools
- Sell or transfer your account
6.1 Our IP
- Drive This name, logo, design = our property
- You may not use without permission
6.2 User IP
- Your profile picture and infos = your property
- You grant us license to display them
We use third-party services (Stripe, Google Maps, etc.). Their terms apply to their services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Accuracy of event information
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- We are not responsible for third-party event organizers
You agree to indemnify Drive This from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Your violation of these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
For EU users: EU consumer protection laws also apply.
