HEIZR Racing Dept.

Event

Since 2021, HEIZR Club has been doing things differently – hosting classic car meets in quarries, logistics yards and industrial spaces around Stuttgart, building a community of younger enthusiasts who care as much about the people as the cars. Now they're taking that energy somewhere entirely new: the Hockenheimring.

Racing Dept. represents HEIZR's boldest move yet. Instead of a static meet, they're putting classics on track at one of Germany's most storied circuits – the same tarmac where Schumacher, Senna and generations of Formula 1 drivers made history. The format offers track sessions for participants with no racing licence required, meaning your air-cooled Porsche or Mercedes W123 can actually stretch its legs on the Grand Prix layout rather than just looking good in a paddock.

Beyond the driving, over 500 cars will be displayed in the signature HEIZR style: relaxed, curated and visually striking. Show runs will feature genuine racing machinery and manufacturer specials rarely seen outside of Goodwood or major international events – the kind of cars that exist in private collections and almost never turn a wheel in public. Live music, quality food and the typical HEIZR atmosphere round out the experience.

What makes this significant is the gap it fills in the German calendar. Events like Goodwood Revival set the standard for combining historic motorsport with lifestyle and accessibility, but Germany hasn't had an equivalent – until now. HEIZR Racing Dept. aims to be that: serious about cars and driving, but never stuffy. Hockenheim sits between Mannheim and Heidelberg, easily reachable from Stuttgart, Frankfurt and the Rhine-Neckar region, with the circuit's own infrastructure handling parking and logistics.
