InterClassics Maastricht

Event

InterClassics Maastricht is the largest classic car exhibition in the Benelux and the traditional kick-off to the European classic car season. The 31st edition takes place from January 15 to 18, 2026, at MECC Maastricht, where more than 300 exhibitors showcase around 800 vehicles ranging from pre-war automobiles and post-war classics to youngtimers and contemporary sports cars.

The 2026 edition features the special exhibition "Legends of the Rising Sun," celebrating 100 years of Japanese automotive history. Around twenty masterpieces from Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda take center stage, from the elegant Toyota 2000GT to the legendary Le Mans-winning Mazda 787B. The exhibition tells the story of how Japanese cars evolved from purely functional vehicles into icons of performance, reliability, and design.

The show floor offers a unique mix of museum-quality vehicles and cars available for purchase, attracting collectors, enthusiasts, and industry professionals from across Europe. Professional juries select the best restored, best preserved, and best original cars across categories including pre-war, post-war, and youngtimer classes. The relaxed atmosphere and excellent lighting make it ideal for closely inspecting vehicles and discovering rare finds.

MECC Maastricht is easily accessible by car via the A2 motorway, by train to Maastricht-Randwyck station just 250 meters away, or by bus from the city center. The show opens daily from 10am to 6pm, with a Preview Day on Thursday offering early access for dedicated enthusiasts.
